4.     Segmenting your audience will allow you to target your message to specific customer archetypes. You don’t want to send a kids eat free night advertisement to your customers who don’t have kids.

5.     Most importantly you need to use your data to market to your customers. Send them a special promotion before their birthdays, send them opportunities to get free gift cards through quizzes, send them promotions that have a shelf life (not promotions that expire on the same day they get it), keep them engaged, and keep them coming back.
